To all my loyal Jordan 1 fans… we have another one. This kick will be an instant classic. A lot of folks will be calling this sneaker the poor man Travis Scott’s. That said, this shoe will instantly be valuable in the short, mid and long term.
There are a few reasons why Jordan and his brand reign supreme. It all has to do with Mj’s blood, sweat and tears he’s left on the court. He was a competitor like no other, his mentality to win ran deep, deep in his veins. Its similar to investing into a company. The first thing you need to realize is who you’re investing in. That who, is leadership, the CEO and the Board of Director that control the interest of such business.

Pre-purchase Analysis
In order to get a great sense of what type of price action this sneaker will do, we’ll need to analyze various Jordan 1. We’ll take a look at Jordan with the same color schemes. With the most recent pair being the Court Purple.
As you can see this sneaker is doin’ numbers. Especially in the kids/women’s sizes (3.5y – 7y) with and average sale price of $350.00 and the 52 weeks high being 436. The mens size’s have an average sale of $255.00. Cleary the youth sizes are most valuable of the bunch. But this sneaker has a low volatility rating of 2.6. In 1 to 2 years this show ill be around 350. Once supply depletes.
As you can see with the Storm Blues above, this sneakers 52 week high is 649.00. This is obvious, given the recent buzz of the Last Dance and the cult love for Jordan 1s. But, this is a clear sign of what’s to come for the Court Purples and Mocha’s. Note – this sneaker does have large price swings.

We predict this sneaker will not feature any premium leather. Quality should be based off of similar GR Jordans 1 release.
Also, in regards to resale, based off of our PPA we believe the sneakers will reselling around $350-$400. Please note – retail for these sneakers are 170.
